They work in the workshop and on-site, performing cutting, assembly, welding, transport, installation, and finishing, under the supervision of the workshop manager.

Qualified Operator in Aluminium & Stainless Steel Installer Training Program
Lasting 1,350 hours spread over one year, the IFMBTP training program dedicated to Aluminium and Stainless Steel Operator-Installers is based on a work-study system combining theory and practical fieldwork. It is structured into 20 modules and two practical internships, allowing trainees to train alternately at their training institute and in a professional environment.
